If I am paying you 5 MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR to do one thing and that is score, and you put up two points in a game we desperately need, you get fired.

This waste of money is here to score. That is it. He plays no D, never has. He can not really run a team, never has. He can score. That is all he is meant to do. Needless to say he has not done that.

I do not care if we get back a box of Dunkin Donuts for this guy, at least the coaching staff can have a snack cause that would be of more worth to the Celtics than the vomit this guy brings to the floor every night.

The only jet worse in this whole country is the new Boeing 787. Jason Terry must be removed from the Celtics.

I would completely honestly trade him for a second round pick if someone was willing to take his 5mil a year salary. Honestly I think Dooling player better last year.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
I think he needs to play like he was in his Dallas days.

He's pkaying within the system and thats not his game. He needs the ball in his hands, get him some iso's and picks and give him space to shoot.

He will get his rhythym back. Not giving up on Jet yet. Not until they let him play to his strengths.

I have not been furious at the end of a Celtics game in years. Through thirty years of watching these guys I certainly had my moments, times that losing a playoff series would really get to me. However by the time I hit my 30's I generally would just say "We will get better, they are always my team."

No individual player has ever made me angry while watching them. I even could take Mark Blount because I just figured he was not that good. I was ok with Vin Baker because I knew he had an addiction.

Jason Terry has me seething after games. He stinks and has a look on his face like: "Well, what are ya gonna do?". I would use my own money to buy that fool a ticket out of town.

Yoki - you said that Terry needs space to shoot.  I've seen him miss about 25 open jumpers in the past 10 days.  He's missed open jumpers, jumpers coming off of picks, in addition to his patented one-dribble pull-ups.  He looks cooked.

Yeah that onenis hard to defend actually.

I just think he's out of rhythym and will get it back. I hear your disappointment with Jet though.

Listen, I hope he gets it back and can give us 10-12 pts a night, but it's not looking good.  Let's hope he turns it around.

I think hes just in a long bad shooting streak to be honest, I think he'll come around in time.

The guy knows how to score and has done so well his whole career.  All the great shooters go through slumps - even Ray went through some long 10-15 game slumps for us when he was here...looked like he was dome, but in the end he always found it again.

Im much more concerned about Bass, who's been terrible all season.  At least Terry has played well in stretches this season, and he's still averaging double figures.

It's his body language that's bothering me. It's one thing if your in a slump but being indifferent and not caring burns me.

After the turnover to Pierce he just kind of shrugged nonchalantly and went straight to the bench. He should be mad at himself. Throw a towel. Yell. Do somthing. But don't sit there seemingly unfazed as if the last two seconds didn't happen with a blank look on your face.

What is with this I always see to defend Jet blaming the system or because we aren't doing what he did in Dallas...he's had the ball in his hands and ran pick and roll dude can't create he's been atrocious

My biggest issue right now with Jason Terry is that he's not hitting shots; not that he's not throwing towels.

Your missing the point. Of course the not hitting shots is the main concern but all guys go through slumps. Im assuming he's in one and can hopefully crawl out. But the indifferent attitude is not a productive role to take. There's rookies and first year guys that to me are impressionable. This is some of the attitude i think doc was refering to the other day about guys not acting like Celtics, and some guys needing to call out others.

It's clear Jason Terry isn't bringing much of anything to the table right now.

Here's the problem: for that precise reason, nobody is going to want to trade for him.

I just disagree.  I'm convinced that Jason Terry cares very much about his performance and the team's success.  He just shows it differently than other guys.  I'm O.K. with that.  Once he starts hitting some shots and playing better,  I don't think we'll be worrying as much about his facial expressions or his body language.
