which one

Im liking staying in the lockerroom. The ceremony can be a distraction. these guys have been watching the ECF replayed all summer, and that should be on their minds. Maybe let KG watch it for motivation to hype him up?

I remember during the association, a clip was played of KG being told that "ring night is going on in LA right now" he said he didnt care but he also says its a "motivating factor." the clip starts at 1:40 in the vid below

KG asked about ring night in LA... 1:35 to 1:50

Torn.

On one hand, I don't want Heat fans to go off spewing their garbage. Our team right now has a thousand times more class than the Heat will.

On the other, our ticket to the finals was stolen in game 2. Even the most neutral/realistic/negative of celticsbloggers and most other fans agree. This is a farce that should not be acknowledged.

I think they should go up and congratulate the refs who really beat them!

Watch the ceremony, then use it to motivate them for the win.

It would motivate me ( as a Celtic)  to watch this group of thugs and cry babies.

I HOPE LBJ  adds a SPECIAL THANKS to Stern and his paid REF cronies who handed the championship to them.

Sooner Stern is out of the NBA ...the Better.

Watch it because when we win it this year I'm hoping that next season opening night we get our ring ceremony against the Heat. We have to show why we are the best organization in the league, we have class.
GO CELTICS!!!!!

Watch it.

Don't think we need the extra motivation, but the C's are classy. Maybe KG doesn't because he is crazy, but I expect mostly everyone else to be there.

Wonder what Ray is gonna do during the entire thing. Maybe he is gonna hand them out.

Watch it, definitely

Let it sting. Let it light a fire in the Celtics for them to win the 2013 championship, so next year Celtics can be the ones raising the banner and the Heat watching

They have to play a game.  Stay in the locker room.  Try to stay warm after the long interruption.  Watch on TV if they want, but play the darn game.

So what did LeBron do when he was preent for our ring ceremony in '09?  Sat in the lockeroom.

Always do the opposite of LeBron.  You'll always make the right choice.

Clearly they should watch it.

#1 - It's classy
#2 - Shows respect for a team that earned it
#3 - The pain will only serve as motivation.

I couldn't think of any reason for them to stay in the locker room.

I would stay in the locker room to discuss second half strategy and get some treatment on their legs by the PTs while refueling with gatoraid and stretching out/relaxing while the heat are unfocussed and unrested from the ceremony.
