This is something that I've been pondering about for the past few days. I've just noticed the latest forum topics haven't been really Celtics related so I figured this would be an intriguing discussion.
Who is our fourth most valuable player?
I feel like this is something that can go in so many other directions because there are so many options for our fourth most valuable player. BTW, I apologize if there was already a thread on this I was never sure if there was or not.
Anyway, we all know our three most valuable players in no specific order are Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Rajon Rondo. What I'm wondering is, who comes next?
Is it Jeff Green? A combo forward who, if his potential is realized, could be a very lethal weapon for this team?
Is it Jason Terry? A proven scoring punch who has embraced being a Celtic who thrives off the bench?
Is it Avery Bradley? A shutdown combo guard who has shown he is capable of fitting in an offense and running the floor?
Is it Brandon Bass? A pick and pop player who has shown he's a capable one-on-one defender and a consistent jump shooter?
Or is it someone else? A case could be made for Courtney Lee or Chris Wilcox. You could even make a case that Darko could become our 4th most valuable player. You decide!
