If this rumored Howard deal happens, no one is beating the Lakers in the west. I guess the only question will be, do the Celts have enough to beat Miami and now Philly with the addition of Bynum there? I am SO SICK of this league. The lockout accomplished nothing.

the lockout had nothing to do with trades and everything to do with revenue splits.

TP vinnie

Just don't understand what Orlando is thinking here. LA makes trades no one in the league can get done without gutting their team.

I wouldn't say Lakers are a definite lock in the west. Now the Thunder has more of a reason to keep Perk. Perk can guard Dwight 1 vs 1. Durant is still a beast and with Nash slowing down (still a great player though), Westbrook should have no problem scoring. We all know Nash isn't a good defensive player.

Easy. Green, Bass, Sullinger, Bradley and Melo for Howard and some garbage is pretty close.

This move may have put Harden on the trading block.

TP. Sometimes this simple fact is overlooked.

Because the fakers don't matter until the finals! I'm not worried even if we meet them there! I think we are going to be the team no one wants to see!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

It is hard to be in competition with a team that gets gifted star player after star player.

Lakers have got to be favorites to win it all now.

I think the C's have to give serious consideration to bringing in Darko. They need a 7 footer with some skill to back up KG, and I don't see Collins or Melo being the answer on a consistent basis. Especially now that the all the teams in the Atlantic division now have legit centers (Lopez, Bynum, and Chandler).

And I'm the bandwagon fan...

Don't tell me you guys are being "real" either. Every time I turn, some team is "suppose" to win it all and have an easy road, it's as if the games have already been played... it's as if the fakers a guaranteed health the entire season...

Why be fans if you don't believe in your team. I'd be rooting just as hard for the Bobcats if I was a fan. We aren't even nearly as close to being Bobcats bad! We have very good/great players, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!!! If it was a simple as assembling a bunch of great players, cHeat would be b2b champs this season... instead, they had to check some ego's (wade took a back seat) and brinda had to play out his mind (we still almost beat them, we 5 players and a bunch of duct tape)!!!

ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN!! I am not giving up before we get knocked out! Let's go Celts!

I liked our team a lot yesterday, and I still like them today.  Our biggest challenge hasn't changed, and that's the Miami Heat.  Once we get by them, we'll figure out a way to beat the Spurs or the Thunder in the finals.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

Perkins will become invaluable if the deal goes through.  OKC will be pleased they have him.  Foresight on Presti's behalf, maybe?
