Anybody tanking for the #1 pick in next year's draft?
Haven't I made it abundantly clear that's what I have been doing? Still, even then, I wouldn't take on Ellis. He's this year's Mo Williams/Gilbert Arenas of 2009

I think so long as a trade is confirmed by both GMs by midnight, you'll be fine.  However, make sure that both (or all) GMs to a trade send in a confirmation, and a confirmation to the exact same trade.

And that you actually have the player's you're trading.

Roy's a lawyer, he gets paid to argue. I admire his research and his creativity.

Yeah, somehow I don't see myself voting the Lakers through to the Finals.  Stranger things have happened, though.

At the same time...  you're trying to trade him, so there must be *something* you don't like about the guy.

Perhaps it could be that, and I'm an Ellis guy, there's no way he'd work well alongside Durant?

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.

CP07 may have just gotten a PF upgrade. Or not. Let's just say he asked for Bobby Hull multiple times in our negotiations.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

We should do a Chopped kind of draft sometime.

Assign a random collection of players to each GM to start with, let each draft a bench, and then open the trading floor to see who can actually create a roster that works.

If you can't work well beside Durant -- an elite superstar, but also a guy who is a great and often deferential teammate -- who can you work well beside?

That was almost as shocked as Baron Davis was when Baron thought they were both going to sign with the clippers and then Elton went to Philly. CHEMISTRY AND LEADERSHIP!

That sounds like a more complicated Pick 2
