Excellent, got the guy I wanted. At 6.13, the Utah Jazz select Omer Asik.

Terrific pick. Thought he would've gone about two rounds ago.

He was actually the guy I planned to take in the fourth round but I decided to risk it and take a skilled forward (Kirilenko) instead (mainly because my last Pick II team was really short on highly skilled guys) and hope ASik was there in the fifth.

Then got seduced by Gordon Hayward who I never thought would be available in the fifth. Looked like almost everyone had their starting center locked up. Fair chance Asik would be there in the 6th. If not, good chance someone else I was happy with would be there.

So that all worked out wonderfully well.

I was deciding between him and Dalembert, good pick
Dalembert and Okafor were my two my backup choices. I was starting to get pretty nervous when I saw them go off the board.

That was very close to going (very) wrong.
Yeah those were the three guys left who don't make me worry if you're looking at your 3rd big.

I think you might be the first person Gordan Hayward has ever seduced  ;)

we were planning on getting him but we chose Lou Williams as his PER is 20.22 and that is ranked ninth for a pg and the 8 before him had been taken like in the first 2 rounds and he is someone who comes off the bench and scores alot

At work and bosses too close to pull the phone out.

But with the 6.9 and 6.12 the 76er's take: Evan Turner (welcome back!) and Derrick " I get boards" Favors.

Athletic swing man who had a great end of the 2012 season and will break out next year. Also will get increased minutes to get more production. Also a banger in the paint with Favors who can back up the 4 and 5, get rebounds, block (better at altering shots), and throw it down with force. Big body to take on bigger 4's but fast enough to run the floor with the other young guys.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

I had Lou Williams pegged as a late third early fourth round pick.

I thought someone with one of those playmaking wings who needed another go-to scorer would have taken him as a score-first starting PG.

Favors was already taken -- by LAC (Dirk Nowitzki's team)

Turner is a great pick. Very good role player with serious upside (if he can ever figure out how to be an effective scorer in the NBA).

Favors is long gone.
