First of all.  Duncan is a better rebounder than Bosh, Duncan is at a less deep position than Bosh and has proven throughout his entire career not to shrink in the moment. (Bosh has improved this as of late though)

Also im building my team to win now so age isnt an issue for me.

Chris Bosh is a better center than Tim Duncan is.

I believe if you're missed you're on the clock as "PICK ANYTIME" and subsequent GMs can skip you when their pick is up (either their time window OR the GM before them completes his pick early)
