Third time trying to make this pick. Dang internet keeps cutting out.

The Utah Jazz welcome back Deron Williams.

Definitely the right pick

Best player available I'd say.

My only problem is that I think he will have a very small advantage over some PGs left who may go in late round 2/early round 3, while there are some players at other positions available who are be much better than their 3rd round counterparts.  The classic CB-Draft PG dilemma that nick preaches about.
I think you underate his abilities as an offensive facilitator. But when it comes to just lining up AST% and PPG and the like you're right.

There is another PG in the league who hasn't been drafted that led an equally bad team to a much better win total this past season.
I dispute your "equally bad", if we're both talking about the same team then the other team had a heck of a lot more offensive talent.
I don't think we're talking about the same team.  I'm not talking about the Rockets if you are.

LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE, IP. ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?!?!

HOW MANY PEOPLE MUST OVERRATE YOUR PLAYER UNTIL YOU END THIS MADNESS

Roy H., Fafnir or IP could one of you guys rule on this please? I can not get a hold of Riah to make my pick. Obviously he is tied up at work or something.

I'll take Pau Gasol for Orlando until the trade goes through.

I'll Take Andrew Bynum for Kane until everything is official.

1.16 you're up

Thank you.

I'm also speaking of a team not known as the "Rockets".

So the deal between Jsaad and Kane was basically JSD's #1 for Kane's #2 + #3, and JSD moved up from 10th to 2nd in the 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th?

Was the deal with Riah JSD's two #2s for a #1 and a #3?

This is the guy who I think is way better at his position relative to third round players than D-Will will be.

It all depends on the filling out of the roster, but I'm not sure how I initially feel about Bynum and Durant playing together.

Bynum played with the ultimate chucker in Kobe (no offense Rondo). He can be a second fiddle. As for Durant... Well he has shown he can share the ball just fine by playing with Westbrook. There games compliment one another as well and they are both top two at their position.

everyone should cool it talking around players still on the board for those of us picking in a few picks (never know if it helps jog someone's memory)

we'll have 2-3 full weeks to argue about players, ya can't wait 15 mins (or even 2 days) till they're picked?

You made out well in both deals.  I don't understand Riah's reasoning.  With Kane, he overpaid a bit maybe, but he seemingly got his man, so it's all good.

Philly chooses with the 16th pick: Lamarcus Aldridge
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

This tier goes on for a bit and Riah is now in position to put together 3 players in it. The next drop off is big.
