Not sure if the rule applies to rookie non-guaranteed contracts.. but couldn't the Rockets just choose not to guarantee Moore's contract and make him a UFA. And he could come back to us. I know we can't do that anymore with veterans for 1 year but that may be a loophole.

Sounds like Danny will need to include another asset (likely draft pick) to get this deal done if Moore becomes guaranteed.
