Sounds like Danny will need to include another asset (likely draft pick) to get this deal done if Moore becomes guaranteed.

I'd be fine with that. I like Moore at the end of our roster spot. Problem might be on salary for Lee.

Well the last SL game hasn't arrived yet, so we can still waive.

I think he's saying that the contract might become guaranteed once Moore is traded since Houston is done with it's last SL game.

The question is can Houston waive him after he is traded from Bosston, they are done with summer league.

they hopefully should be able to work thru it, at worst they could through in pavs or daniels + another 2nd rounder/cash to compensate the rockets, or offer moore a partially buyout. The rockets shouldn't be that close to the cap for it to affect them

Yes please to this. Let's be clear: Ray Allen is a HOF player, but Courtney Lee is a better player RIGHT NOW and we are better off with this deal than if Ray had stayed.
