The only reason you pick up Darko (@ the vet minimum) is to beef up on a defensive center. That is where Darko is really good, everything else he is atrocious in. But, you combine him w/ KG & you've got 2 very good low post defenders for a few stretches. There is no other great/good defensive center on our roster (save for Melo - who I doubt will play much considering Doc doesn't play rookies much & he is a prospect) if we lose Greg.
