It can't be done. No FA that wasn't on the team at the end of the season can be S&T. So stop suggesting it!
Now once Dec. 15th rolls around THEN you can talk about trading Green, but until then it really needs to stop.
Now on an other note, why would you want to? What other Unrestricted FA small forward was out there that would be better backing up PP? I'd like to see how he handles camp and a half a season with the team, knowing he's wanted, knowing his roll, and playing the right position before trade talks happen. Too many people think hes junk after a half a season with the team. Not really far to him.
And seeing him and Rondo connecting a at the end of the season gave some glimpses of what could be happening on a regular basses. Green will get out on the breaks, unlike PP, just in that he will get 6 points a game.
Okay done with the rant...for now. But people like Green or not, just stop with the S&T's please!
Oh, and you can trade the Rooks fora few more weeks, so none of that either....
