Tanguay and others have said that Terry (and Wilcox) are in the building right now.  Has to be a S&T.

Not sure why the lateness means a S&T has happened.  It's more curious to me that they would schedule a press conference if the decision hadn't yet been made -- or was in process.  I am guessing it's something less exciting.

Also, don't you think someone in the media would be at least reporting by now that the C's are finishing up the details on a S&T?  I just think we are going to find out something mundane, like Danny's car broke down or perhaps he has stomach turmoil.

You are probably right, but hypothesizing about a sign and strafe is more interesting than which end it is coming out of Danny ainge right now

Oh I know, I was just having visions of Roger Clemens that time he came back to Yankees and no one knew about it somehow and the Yankees announcer was like "OMG Raugah Clemens is in Steinbwenne's Bawks wearin a Yankee hat OMG."

Secrets dont happen in sports, thats why I'm wondering why if he is trying to work a sign and trade, how has no one picked up on that yet?

I think it's close to zero chance for a sign and trade.  This press conference has been scheduled for a long time, something tells me they didn't wait until right now to hammer out the final details.

More likely it's a different free agent signing or nothing.
