Can we trade Rondo instead?  Maybe he can't be traded after Ray let it be know how disenchanted he is with Rondo.

Everyone wants truth on his side, not everyone wants to be on the side of truth.

Wait. Why do we want to trade Rondo if we don't have to?

It looks like PG is the weakest area for the C's with Rondo.  And there is not much depth there.

Danny needs another point guard or two.

They said Sullinger's back was bad and he fell 15 slots in the draft.  Howard is supposed to have a bad back (and some baggage) but people are trying to move heaven and earth to get him.

The C's need a couple more pieces to contend for the title:

1)  A real good center
2)  A real good point guard

I'm confused. Are you saying pg is our weakest spot because of Rondo, or that there is no back up?

A few years ago the Celtics were successful even though Rondo was a liability.  The big 3 were too good.

Now the Celtics can't mask over Rondo's faults and carry him anymore.  They are now a second tier team. Something must be done.

They must upgrade the PG position.

Considering Rondo is either our best player or second best behind KG. We should probably concentrate on another position to upgrade. Don't ya think?
