Strangely enough, "Welcome to the Jungle" will work just fine.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
lol @ forgiven.

I personally hope everyone in the building has calmed down and gives him the standing ovation he deserves- after everything he did for us and gave to us for 5 fantastic years.
Once it's over, boo him, cuss him and make his life hell on the court, but at least give him the respect he deserves after the respect he gave to the Celtic uniform when he was here.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

this would seem appropriate -- probably after the C's stomp a mud hole in the Heat

I would say Beautiful by James Blunt for a couple reasons.

First I would have it as the song for the montage of beautiful 3 pointers hit by Ray in a celtics uniform because as we all know, there is nothing sweeter than watching a Ray Allen Jump shot.

Second because the song itself is about James Blunt seeing his ex-girlfriend with her new boyfriend.  Blunt was hurt for a while, realized he screwed up things with the girl, but then wrote a song that made him rediculously rich.
