I think the Lee move has alot to do with how small we are at shooting guard even when bradley comes back.

both bradley/terry are 6.2 what happens when you face larger shooting guards like Joe Johnson/Evan turner?

Rondo was getting scorched by turner

Yeah size is a problem, but soon minutes will be too. It's a pickle... Glad its not my job to make it work.

The key has to be to acquire Camby.  Camby gives us the defensive presence that we need and permits us to shift KG to the 4.  As far as I'm concerned, I can deal with Peaches instead of Lee if we land Camby.

Pierce could match up with either Joe Johnson or Evan Turner with Jeff Green at SF.  I think we will we that combination fairly often.

I would still like to see us find a way to get Courtney Lee though.

on team that has Avery Bradley 6'1, and Jason Terry 6'2 playing shooting guard. We need size.

Lee isn't undersized.  And he can shoot.  I like MP, but would rather have Lee.

I remember Courtney Lee back when he played with Orlando was a really interesting prospect.  Hard-nosed man to man defender, athletic, and a good shooter.  Then he got traded to New Jersey and it seems like he never developed any further from that potential he showed.  His talents on face value seem really appealing for the C's though.

Avery Bradley is 6'1" now? Shame he shrunk this offseason.

I guess being left in the dryer on high heat is part of his shoulder rehab....

One constant in the NBA has been that GMs over-value size as an asset. These guys are athletic freaks.

Lee is a serious upgrade over Pietrus. Look, we all love Peaches and his passion for Boston, but C.Lee defends, hits threes, and doesn't have any lingering knee issues.

Pietrus is probably a better matchup against Lebron, but Lee is better overall, and obviously younger.
