Warning for all - Enough with the "play like a girl comment" -

It is pointless.

Wow. Poignant. A degree in English is underrated.

Hope this does not allude to him being the next domino to fall in Miami. Although I have a hard time imagining him taking the tiny role and money they have to offer.

Or maybe Ray's indecisiveness was getting in the way of Jeff's negotiation.

Hope it's the latter.

Is Jeff Green really an English major?  I like him more now.

And a minor in Theology. Thoughtful guy.
wow. officially a huge Green fan now. :o

"As bad as we want the domino's of life too fall, the first one has to be pushed..."

First of all, what he meant to say was "as bad as we DON'T
want the dominos to fall".

Secondly,he misapplied the apostrophe in "domino's".
this is a mistake which grade schoolers make. There is no
possessive apostrophe in a plural objective. Terrible.

If Jeff Green took any English courses in college or
even in high school, he obviously did not pay attention.
The guy knows about as much about English as any 5th grader.

May I expound, I also do not want this player on our team.
I do not believe he has proven ANYTHING. I do not like his
style of play. He is weak. He plays like a girl. He has no gumption. He will be an overpaid dissapointment.

It's "DISappointment," not "DISSappointment."

And unless you're from the UK, the period goes inside the quotation marks at the end of the sentence. You got that wrong twice.

I'm not even going to comment on the "plays like a girl" line.

He still plays like a girl.
He's on the way to becoming the Carl Crawford
of the Boston Celtics.

Really? "Plays like a girl"?
Yeah, he plays a smart team game. He relies on skill and hard work more than pure athletics.  He plays with emotion and heart.

"Plays like a girl" is only an insult in an uninformed mind.

I'm not sure that it's fair to say Green plays that way,  but we can hope.
