green really wanted ray to stay in Boston as he viewed him as a mentor of sorts...he's probably sad that Ray wont be along for the ride.

hopefully now we can throw abit more $$ at green to stay

Wow. Poignant. A degree in English is underrated.

Hope this does not allude to him being the next domino to fall in Miami. Although I have a hard time imagining him taking the tiny role and money they have to offer.

Or maybe Ray's indecisiveness was getting in the way of Jeff's negotiation.

Hope it's the latter.

Is Jeff Green really an English major?  I like him more now.

An English major should have used "to" instead of "too."

For Twitter, any tweet that doesn't have a z at the end of each word is the King's English.

I read an article in the past week or so that said Green became close to Ray over the past season, and was really hoping he would resign with the C's.

lol. Did not see that.

He probably typed it lying upside down on his couch on his leather-cased iPad.

Haha. Looks like his English studies resulted in a "BS" degree.

J/k. He probably held the "o" button longer than he thought.

hahah you hit the nail on your head with the 2nd sentence.  As an English major I don't even consider tweeting, texting, forums actual writing.

"As bad as we want the domino's of life too fall, the first one has to be pushed..."

First of all, what he meant to say was "as bad as we DON'T
want the dominos to fall".

Secondly,he misapplied the apostrophe in "domino's".
this is a mistake which grade schoolers make. There is no
possessive apostrophe in a plural objective. Terrible.

If Jeff Green took any English courses in college or
even in high school, he obviously did not pay attention.
The guy knows about as much about English as any 5th grader.

May I expound, I also do not want this player on our team.
I do not believe he has proven ANYTHING. I do not like his
style of play. He is weak. [Edited.] He has no gumption. He will be an overpaid dissapointment.

I love when people make these kind of hyper critical language responses and mess things up themselves.
