First, I was really excited about KG comming back.  Then Allen and now the Jet.

Everything lookis fine until you start looking at the age and lenght of these contracts.  Jet for 3yrs? KG for 3? Ray for 2 or is it going to take 3?  Add a very old looking PP and.....we are starting to look like an AARP comercial.

I am also concern that we are giving Doc too many options.

Doc is at his best when he is forced to play certain players due to injuries ;D

.....just saying.

On the other hand, if Doc's every option is a seasoned veteran instead of a young guy, this might unlock some sort of latent genius for line ups in his his brain.

Rather have too many options than what we were playing with last year

Sometimes you just have to embrace your identity, I guess.

Green coming back and a healthy Bradley, plus the sophomores and rookies, should help our athleticism.

I can't believe someone thinks the team is *starting* to look long in the tooth.

Definitely are, a very real risk to implode with a cascade of injuries.

But we're also still a title threat (not a favorite, Miami is a clear and away favorite). Hard to ask for more than being a title threat from your basketball team. We were favorites for a glorious 1.5 year window, and haven't given an inch without clawing all the way since.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Rumors persist that Danny Ainge has vet-min offers out for both Scottie Pippen and Stacey Augmon, but no official reports have been issued.

Bill Russell could use a chance to add to his legacy.

Nothing but a ring chaser at this point, and I heard he's a bit of a diva. Pass.

I hope he had some security personnel with him when he went to track down Augmon.

Not a ring chaser, more like the Ark of the Covenant. Whoever has him is virtually unstoppable.

Unless they give him a position in the front office.

  • It's what I do! It's who I am!
Hopefully Green comes back so we can have someone other than Bradley to run with Rondo.
