If the C's can sign him without using their MLE, I would love to see him come back.

We might need that for Steamer or other higher level FAs.
Don't the Celtics own Wilcox's non-bird rights since he was on the team last season? So they can pay up to the $3million (+20%?) he earned last season? There should be no need to dip into the MLE to re-sign Wilcox.
