Hi everyone, I just saw that Stiemsma met with the Timberwolves today, and I was just wondering, would you guys do a sign and trade of Stiemsma for Michael Beasley? I don't know what the numbers would be, but keeping in mind Minny wants to get rid of him, and assuming the numbers would match, would you do it?

Regardless of whether Jeff Green re-signs with us...

will not work under the cba because once you give a guy 20% raise the higher of half his new salary or his previous salary counts as outgoing salary. What this means in a s&t bealsey for steamer, is that beasley could only be offered around $1m per year by the celtics unless you were to sign him to cap room. In that case you will need to give up your rights to green, allen, krstic and bass to make that work.

Wonder if Minnesota will offer a package including D Williams and a sign-and-traded Beasley to LA for Gasol.

Wolves apparently were willing to part with Williams to get into the top 10 of the draft, and Kahn has openly wished to pair Gasol with Rubio for some time now.

I would love to get Wes Johnson from Minny in a sign and trade for Stiemsma. If they're ready to cut ties with W.Johnson and assuming his trade value is in the tank.

A JJ Barea or Luke Ridnour could be a good alternative also. They don't need 3 PGs of that caliber. Or maybe even Anthony Tolliver (is he still under contract?). He'd make a nice floor stretching big off the bench. Useful against Miami's small-ball lineups (can defend limited perimeter threats like Battier).
