Bass because he showed us what he could do this year, and what he could do was really effective

Illysova is great perimeter shooter, but i dont think we shuld get rid of bass

But we drafted sullinger so maybe this means there will be a sign and trade with him.

Thoughts??

I like Bass, and I love Ilyasova, but at this point after drafting Sullinger and having JJJ in the wings, I say neither of them. We need a SG who can create his own shot and a veteran center instead.

We don't have the cap space for Ilyasova, whereas we can go over the cap to sign (or sign-and-trade) Bass.  For that reason, it's Bass.

I used want to want Ilyasova but if Sully pans out it'd be a waste of money... Sully has 3 pt range and is a great rebounder (two of the enticing things about Ilyasova). And as a rookie, he only costs about 9m less

Ilyasova would be a pretty nice upgrade over Bass, but I don't think we'll be able to afford him.

Wonder if the grizzlies would give up marc gasol forwilcox bass and green?

We have no shot at Ilyasova, someone desperate like Nets will overpay for him.

Besides, with KG, Sullinger and JJJ we are pretty much set at a PF position.

My ideal scenario would be to use Bass in a S&T for a SG (let's say Mayo) if Ray goes to Miami, so that we can use mid level (5M) for a center like Kaman.

I don't.
