This just came across hoopshype

Could Danny be working out a sign and trade Ray for Mayo? With this rumor, it would certainly make sense.

I love Ray but I would do this. We NEED to get younger. And cant afford to have too many older key pieces...Too injury prone.

I'd be happy to see Ray go to Memphis. Anywhere but Miami and the lakers is fine with me.

Not a surprise, really, after they tried to trade for him just four months ago.

And the sky is blue. Idk how it's gunna work out, but I really want Ray back. He's our best option. I highly doubt he's going to Memphis for the ring race. For his particular role, we don't need to get younger right now.
My pic is now, and will be Fab Melo until he posts his first official NBA dbl-dbl. This may be permanent.

Great for Memphis and great for Ray Allen. I just hope OJ Mayo isn't coming the other way.

However, Darrell Arthur, Arthurd could be a nice Bass replacement if Bass leaves.

Darrell Arthur couldn't carry Bass' jock, let alone start at PF for us.

Why do you say that?

What is it about Bass that makes him so much better than Arthur?

Haha can you imagine? That'd be great. Nobody would be able to score on our Bradley-Allen backcourt.
