How about this:
Gasol => Sacramento
#21, #22, Bass, Tyreke Evans => LAL
Chuck Hayes, #5 pick (Barnes or Drummond) => Boston
Lakers unload Gasol to a non-contender, gets 2 picks in a draft they currently have zero, gets Bass to play PF, and adds Tyreke Evans.
Sacramento uses some of its cap room and gets a front line of Gasol + Cousins, and unloads the Hayes contract (which is useless to them other than making the salary floor).
Boston gets a role player who actually is worth the money on a contender (Hayes, who is a terrific defender and decent rebounder). He might still be a little overpaid, but could be really useful to us. We also turn our 2 picks into #5, which could be Barnes, Drummond, etc.
