Deron
Kobe
MWP
Humphries (with their trade exception)
Gasol

I think Bynum should go to Brooklyn, the Nets would have a decent team with Bynum, Lopez, Brooks, Wallace, Green.

They could sign Sessions since the Lakers would have Deron, Lakers could use their TPE (I think it's still in play) to sign Humphries.

Deron in their lineup would give Kobe a whole lot of rest during games, you'd always have at least 1 guy that can score/take over a game.

They would be a worse rebounding team and less shot blocking without Bynum but Deron would rejuvenate Kobe, and prolonge their championship window.

I know some people here might laugh this off and say you don't trade big for small, but Bynum has proved to be very immature and also their frontcourt isn't really intimidating anymore.

And they only have one scorer in Kobe who's like 34 years old ?

Kobe makes 30 million his last year, They could just keep Gasol and be highly competitive the last few years Kobe is playing there.

Brook Lopez could be traded, sign and traded if they get Bynum.

Lakers could also resign Sessions as a backup PG but I don't think they will, so the Nets could offer him a contract.

Plus the Lakers could sign Odom to the bench for the vet minimum, they also have the Mini-MLE to get a backup center like Camby for example.

Deron/Goudelock
Kobe/Eyenga
MWP
Humphries/Odom/McRoberts
Gasol/Camby

You could also relace Humphries with Beasley if they used their trade exception, Beasley isn't likely to be back to the Twolves.

Then Odom would be starting at PF together with Beasley at SF.

Deron/Goudelock
Kobe/Eyenga
Beasley/MWP
Odom/McRoberts
Gasol/Camby

Actually the 2nd roster is much better IMO. I think the only bad contract they have now is Blake, but he makes so little so it doesn't matter plus I think Goudelock will be backup PG.

Can Brook Lopez play PF?
The Nets have been interested in moving Brook Lopez to the PF position in the past. They have wanted to get more of an interior presence defensively and on the boards alongside him + feel that his high skill-level offensively will allow him to play PF.

So whether he can or he can't, the Nets believe he can and want to try him there if they can get a talented enough center.
