Assuming the salary cap for next year is around $53M, (safe assumption) most of your dreams here can't possibly happen.
On the books already is $30.5M: Pierce ($16.8M), Rondo ($11M), Bradley ($1.6M), JJJ ($1.1M).
Then we have to add in our expected two first round picks for $2.2M total.
So we are at $32.7, before we get to our re-signings: KG (we'll say $8M, but probably north of $10M), Jeff Green on a short 1 yr/$4M contract, and Chris Wilcox on a short 1 yr/$2M contract. I Put Wilcox and Green on short contracts because of the heart surgeries and they are looking to prove themselves.
So now we are at $46.7M on 9 players, giving us $6.3M to spend to accumulate 6 other guys, making it nearly impossible to get Ray Allen, Carl Landry, Hinrich, and Lamar Odom. BUT, if you don't renounce the Bird-rights on Ray Allen and re-sign him at what he wants, probably $8M/yr, and therfore never slipping below the salary cap, I believe the C's get the mini mid-level exception (approx $3M), which could land them either Hinrich or possibly Odom. I'm thinking Carl Landry could demand more than that on the open market, a la Brandon Bass. And I'd be surprised if Odom didn't take more money somewhere else, like Brooklyn.
