absolutely awe-inspiring send off.  fans showing that level of support when they watched a complete disaster unfold before them were truly classy.

every fan in that arena deserved 1000 TPs for that.  The icing on the cake was Breen getting annoyed with it because it took away from his glorifying Lebron.

don't know how any player seeing that display would not want to play in this city.  I don't remember seeing anything like that anywhere else when a team lost a key playoff game.

Doesn't matter if we lost Game 6 by one point or by 19. A loss is a loss. But, if we play the best we can play, we still have a good shot at advancing. Yes, Miami's got all the momentum ahead of Game 7 but sometimes a few lucky bounces and some hustle plays can change the look of a game.
The Celtics need to understand the sense of urgency. They need to dive for every loose ball, take the charges, hustle for the rebounds. Take care of the ball, don't take bad shots. Swing the ball. Communicate on D. Play Celtic b-ball.

It's about time we filled that empty banner.

If we win game 7 (and I think we have a very good chance to take that one), a huge assist has to go to the Boston crowd.  I think the players would acknowledge that as well.

Great way to send them down to Miami.

I'm all the way in Australia, it pains me to be so far away from the team I love while the NBA season, the sport I live and breathe is in season. That being said, it was moments like this that have me feeling truly connected to this team, this franchise and all of you, my fellow Celtics fans!

Keep the faith........Banner 18 is still there for the taking!

That was freakin awesome.  Win or lose Saturday that was a beautiful send-off to the Big 3 era.  Proud of the team and proud of the Celtic fans for having the awareness to do that.  Spectacular.  Boston seriously has some of the most knowledgeable and "present" fans in all of sports.  I'm sure players on other teams see something like that and are envious.

That was no send-off.  That was; "go beat them in game seven, and we'll be here waiting for game three of the finals."
