Must watch, especially if you are looking to kill time before the game tonight.

Pretty much shows the right way and the wrong way to do things:

That is a fantastic video.  I'm so glad to be a Celtics fan.  They're a class organization.

The best part is the whole rest of the roster part.

Where Ainge says we need 14 players to win. Then they cut to LeBron saying they are so good that they don't need anyone else and Pat Riley could play for them and they would still win it all.

Speaks volumes.

i was trying to explain the Heat backlash to my girlfriend last night and her immediate reaction was, "That's really not LeBron's fault... it's a marketing department... they have to generate hype and sell tickets" (which I actually 100% agree with... it's not LeBron's fault at all) and I'm like, "yeah, but there's a way of doing it classy... they would have sold out tickets regardless... they could have acted more humble... there is no reason for LeBron to go "we are going to win not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, not six, not seven"... He could have said, "we have a long road ahead of us... we haven't accomplished anything'...

I'll show her this video tonight (comparing the two) to see if she gets it.

Saw this video earlier today and had to share it on Facebook.  All I can say is that  I've never seen a video which summed up the differences between these two teams so simply and so well.

I saw this earlier and yes this video sums up the difference between the two big 3's that many seem to not understand.
I was not mad about LeBron's decision special as much and did not understand why he had as much backlash like he did over that special (even though that was just tacky and tasteless on his part), but what made me dislike their team was the preseason celebration.
The music, the smoke, the big stage and the Hollywood theatrics towards them when they didn't do anything yet turned me off. The thing that really made me turn from them was when they were talking all that mess about being the best big 3 ever assembled, saying it was gonna be easy, talking about how many championships they were gonna win, and the title of being the 3 kings when they didn't do jack yet. I felt that celebration disrespected so many teams and fans because they came off as cocky, arrogant and entitled like teams were supposed to let them walk all over them.
If they would have came off as humble and said the things that Paul/Ray/KG said when they first joined I bet the hate wouldn't be as high (they would have haters regardless every team does)
