all that good work in game 5 wasted. this team seems to need to be backed into a corner to respond like they should

Cs look tired tonight....this series feels like the 2009 one vs orlando where boston couldn't close it out when up 3-2

Let's hope this series continues to follow the Spurs/Thunder narrative.

Spurs don't have Lebron James. We are toast. Its win or go home for the Celtics. Zero chance they win game7 in Miami

I think the C's still have a fair chance of winning this game. Miami has a nice lead but their play isn't sustainable. This game is very much up for grabs.

And even if it goes to seven, Boston are fully capable of winning it in Miami.

Bad memories of game7's on the road. Lebron James won't be denied this time.

Thunder were down big last night as well and Parker and Duncan had great first halves but they cooled off

Also, I think LJ's monster 1/2 is taking the rest of the heat out of their game a bit too.  So we need to keep the pressure on LJ because he is going to cool off, it is going to happen.  He isn't going to shoot 27 for 30.

and for the love of god rebound the ball and but a body on LJ when the shot goes up!!! haha no more highlight dunks off of missed shots.
sheesh i am SICK of those

Refs have nothing to do with this. All about turnovers, rebounding and Lebron playing like the best player on the planet.
exactly.  refs aren't great tonight but C's are their own worst enemies in this game.  Rondo keeps making bad passes.  PP has been an absolute disaster.  Bass has shown some signs of life today but that's about it.

we did not even make ONE RUN the first half. the heat are on cruise control. we are not even contesting 3's.

we keep fouling them so they do not even have to make FG's anymore and still keep the lead. [dang] this is frustrating

At this point in the game I'm not really that discouraged.

Lebron put up one of the best halfs in NBA playoff history. We're still in this for sure.

no shame in losing to best player ever. Lebron James is the greatest alltime

I'm just gonna assume you're joking.

They haven't lost yet. Yes they're down 13, but anything can happen in the second half.

There was a more recent example of a 3-2 collapse by the Celtics. On a bigger stage.

24 minutes to go - the team's not giving up, neither should we.

We played badly and pulled baskets out of our backsides about a dozen times, and LeBron had one of the greatest halves in playoff history, and we're only down a baker's dozen.  We got this.

THANKS AGAIN PIETRUS...the gift that keeps on giving when he is not stepping OOB with the ball turning it over. HE NEEDS TO GO ASAP!

As i said in another topic after game 2: this team is gonna be legendary. And to make that, you have to write your stories in stone. And tis doesn't happen with easy win. LeBron is not playing for him or his team, he is playing for us... And rondo can make a duel like Pierce-LeBron in 2008.

Believe it.
