Not too worried
  • LeBron is 12-14 FGAs for 30 points
  • The rest of his team is 9-25 FGAs for 25 points
LeBron will slow down and his teammates aren't doing enough offensively to make up for that. They will be vulnerable in the second half and give the C's a large opening.

I think Boston will make a run in the third with a fresh Paul Pierce leading them on.

Yep.  We'll make a run for sure.  Then it's up to what up happens after that.  What's left in the tank after making up 13?

Celts will figure it out.
Yup

Refs have nothing to do with this. All about turnovers, rebounding and Lebron playing like the best player on the planet.

agreed

James unstoppable right now, probably gonna get to 50-60 mark. The game plan has to be, double team James and NO open 3pt.
Pierce has to show up
what doesn't kill you makes you stronger

What's up with the Celtics losing when Rondo has huge scoring nights.  Clearly better off when he's distributing and his teammates are knocking them down.

Let's hope this series continues to follow the Spurs/Thunder narrative.

Spurs don't have Lebron James. We are toast. Its win or go home for the Celtics. Zero chance they win game7 in Miami

LeBron doesn't shoot 12-14 every half.  Let's wait and see.

Calling it now - this is gonna go like a repeat of Game 7 in 08, with LeBron dueling Rondo instead of Pierce.  And the same result - LeBron gets more points and loses the game.

I agree, but the refs could've helped us slightly instead of hurt us slightly per home court expectations.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Refs didn't keep this team down by double digits until 5 minutes left in the half...

I hope it does.
I'm still not losing hope on this team yet.

Rondo 7-10 FGAs and 5-7 FTAs for 19 points. Even if you add the 5 turnovers, 7-15 FGAs, he's still playing pretty darn good out there.

5 assists, 2 boards, 3 steals to go with the 19 points.

I really don't want to see a Lebron vs Rondo scoring battle.
