We can take the refs, and we can take Lebron and Wade, but we can't take them together. I know we're not directly involved, but the reason these playoffs have been so harrowing for us fans is because we perceive an even greater loss of control when the outcome is drastically effected by a third party.

Very pleased with that First Half. Really the best we could have hoped for, considering you kinda expected a Heat run. 7 points up at half isn't very bad at all. I like where we're at. The Celtics just have to keep executing their game plan, keep being aggressive, but smart. The Celtics aren't being stupid aggressive so far; they are being smart aggressive.

If we can cut down on those bail out plays for the Heat, where their 3 point shooters knock down those three point shots after they manage to get their hands on the offensive rebound, we'll be doing ourselves a huge favor.

Refereeing has been horrible.

Keep taking it to the cup. There is no rim protection there.

Great first half. I hope Rondo has legs left in the 4th quarter.

Rondo once again was not so great finishing at the rim, but he didn't let that discourage him and he kept penetrating. I am not one who believes he is afraid to shoot FTs. I tend to believe that he doesn't believe he can finish as well as others. I attribute his poor finishing partly to the horizontal speed as he approaches the rim, not necessarily to substandard shooting.

No lead is safe against the Heat. I'd almost rather be up 7 where we can't get complacent than up 12 and see us get totally out of sync.

Y'all who throw the word "brilliant" around too easily with Rondo just saw what brilliant really is.

That was a tremendous half by Rondo in every phase of the game.

Disappointed defensively in the last six minutes, particularly in second shots as has been pointed out in this thread.
