If there's a brightside, at least you know that our offense can't possibly be worse next year.

And agreed to the people saying that Bass has really hurt his contract possibilities for next year.  He's shown that when it counts in the playoffs, he can't be counted on.

And also agree that it is unfortunate that Ray will be leaving this team with such an underwhelming performance in these playoffs.

So far, nothing seems to have changed from last year.  The heat are the better team.  Accept it.

These officials have made me turn off my tv at 10:55 and hearing about how great MIA is from Breen.

I think we stayed in a long time for as poorly as we played.     We got owned on the boards.

The refs were bad but the HEAT appeared to want it more in the second half.  Granted they had help from the league.  HEAT can mug us and complain and no call.   We look at the refs or HEAT and it is a foul.  Not to mention all the LeBron travels.

Sadly, this is a huge mismatch. Stephen A. Smith is correct.

Very impressed with Miami's defense tonight.

Terrific activity on team defense. Wreaking havoc.

I love how LeChoke plays football on the basketball court and all the bs calls... how can anyone watch this and not want to puke is beyond my knowledge.

Even more lovable is their "fans" chanting "let's go cheat!"

Go Celtics! Never surrender but watch out the bounty cheaters!

LeBron held the ball in front of KG, smiling the entire time... I would take that as a taunt.
Take me where the Boston Celtics fans roam free without judgment from my enemies.

I'll just chuck this up as a loss. I really didn't expect for them to win game 1 anyway before it started and the way the refs were going about it in the beginning I knew it would happen even more. Just regroup and try to win game 2.

At the very least, the Celtics will be motivated for the rest of this series.  I'm proud of them for making it this far and giving me at least a few more games.  I know I will be rooting hard for the Spurs to surgically pick the Heat apart should we lose, but I'm def not counting out the Cs after this game

Meadowlark, Sasha is on the court.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

*smart move by Doc to pull him.  He was about to nail him.

they proved nothing tonight. Without the refs they would be nowhere near where they are.

Every time they show that Miami crowd I feel sick.

I don't see one jersey... Any real fan would wear a jersey to the game and save the shirt for any other day.

speaking of fair weather fans

Meaning?

Heat fans. I remember seeing all those yellow seats for years.

Without a doubt. Before LeBron went to South Beach, basketball wasn't relevant in Miami.
