All technical foul calls were plain terrible. It's almost as if you're going to get called one by moving a limb.

The Celtics look like the better team.  Once these refs put their whistles away and the Celtics start making some jumpers we'll be fine.

I rarely complain about the refs, and am usually the annoying guy telling everyone that poor play, rather than bad officiating, is the reason we lose.

However, tonight is crazy.  The techs on Ray, KG, and Doc have all been ridiculous, especially for a Conference Finals game.  They're guaranteeing that the Heat have the early advantage.

Positive sign of all of these Techs:  KG is getting an extended rest!

What the NBA will do, undoubtedly, is rescind that tech on Doc.

BUT: The "Rescinsion" is in some cases hypocritical.

Will the NBA rescind the points that come from the other team shooting the technical freethrows?

i hate blaming the refs, but this is the eastern conference finals and:

tech - garnett tips the ball

tech - "come on eddy"

whats next?

i like how it happens after we score or catch up with momentum. refball trying to stop our momentum.
