Lets face it, Ray's sucked during the playoffs.  And it's David versus Goliath next round.  But the only chance we have is for Ray to be Ray.  I'm rooting for Ray unconditionally.  Keep shooting it Ray.

True ...with no AB ...Ray is what we got and what he brings will have to be enough.

Its gonna take some more heroic efforts by everybody to pull this off.  Lebrick is really determined this year.

Look for the Heat to try and do dirty things to hurt Ray's ankle, like tripping him up.

Certainly Wade will be working his craft of intentional crippling his opponent .  Thats how he gets his advantages and dares you to foul him on his dives to the basket for dunks.

I'm glade AB will get a chance to heal and not have to face more damage from the thug Wade.

OF course the refs will call 90% of the calls for WADE and Lebron. Stern would have it no other way.

Big, big shots down the stretch.  I particularly liked the one where Rondo dribbled the ball at the top of the key and waited for Ray to come off the screen and Ray caught the ball, raised up and   . . .  drained it!!!

Rest those ankles, Ray, inject lots of whatever you inject, and above all, keep shooting 'em.

Despite his sour shooting, I have been rooting for Ray to take more shots. I just have a feeling that the more he shoots, the closer he gets to his rhythm. I believe in Ray because I know he will find ways to score.

While bothered and in pain due to the bone spurs, he has a lot of years being a superstar and a scorer for his team under his belt. He just has to hang in there. The moment he gets his stroke back, hurting or not, Ray will make the Heat wish the sixers won today.

For instance, tonight, when he was something like a +12, people were hyper-focusing on him and blaming him preemptively in case the Celtics lost.

He was actually +19 in game 7, the highest on the floor among both team). I personally think this stat is a bit misleading, because visibly he was far from great on both sides of the floor. I hope he gets more rest and gradually gets back to his old self, as least as much as his injury would allow.

Disagree entirely. He played excellent defense all night, and did a good job on the backboards.

People look at nothing but shots in a TV game, when there's a lot more to the game.

RAY ALLEN HAS A SET.

According to Doc.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Ray's obviously not 100% but if you look at the numbers he's out producing Bradley in the playoffs.

They're completely different players but I think some fans are being too critical of Allen.

Excuse me, but Bradley has been considerably more injured during the course of these playoffs.

Different roles and all that, "production" is severely misleading.

I liked that Doc stuck with Ray down the stretch.  Win or lose he deserved to be on the court with the series/end of Big 3 era on the line.  And he came through...as he has so many times in the past.

This.
