This is the number one guy I want to try to get. He seems to not be in their long range plans, they have been playing him out of position at SF and it has been a dumpster fire. He would be outstanding at the SG slot. Perfect running mate with Rondo. He plays great D when motivated which I think Doc can do, he can certainly score which we need desperately. With all the money under the cap we can easily take his salary, it is a matter of who we send to get him. Thoughts?

I like Tyreke a lot but I think himself and Rondo would have a tough time co-existing.

Too ball-dominant and too limited without the ball. Lack of combined shooting range.

I'd like to see more of Avery Bradley as a starting two next year. I am not totally sold on him yet as the long term answer there but he showed enough late this season to earn a longer shot next season.

I liked the idea of bringing in someone like Lou Williams or Jason Terry behind those two guys to be a scorer off the bench (on a short-term deal). A dynamic three guard backcourt. A bit small but Bradley has shown good promise defensively at the two and Rondo has done alright there at times.

Then a cheaper bigger defensive two (probably a minimum contract guy) to play behind necessary who can play when needed. Maybe a DeShawn Stevenson type. Or bring back Pietrus and/or Pavlovic.

In terms of a high quality young two guard, Gordon Hayward is a player I like a lot. I think he can be a 17/4/4 highly efficient and well rounded offensive player type of threat down the road. A nice third option kind of guy. As a role player, I like Danny Green. Good size, athleticism. A quality defender/rebounder who can shoot a little and has an under-rated handle.

I love Bradley but I worry about his size and if he can score enough. Joe Johnson was able to post him up fairly easily and he had real trouble scoring during the playoffs. It is hard to say it but I just worry that a Rondo/Avery backcourt is too short and does not produce enough points.

AB would be the perfect third leg.
