When we go to the bench, I hope we go to Hollins before Stiemsma, and hopefully see him more with KG (I don't think we saw him together at all with KG this time around).

I don't like Stiemsma right now. He's not rebounding, can't move defensively, and can't help Bass defend.

I think Bass leaves Steamer (and everyone else) hanging out to dry with his terrible pick and roll defense.

That's inconsequential really, though I agree. The difference is that KG and Hollins actually help alot with their mobility defensively to help out. Stiemsma can't. So, why play him particularly when he's not doing much of anything else?

  • You say when......
could anyone imagine that rondo is hurt too....he did get hit 1000 times so far these two series.....he rolls his ankle...but comes back......always....he gets hammered...hesays''''"gimme the ball"....stay with the guy.....no one was on rondo when the rest of the team was 32 or less....!!!

Unless his elbow is bent to 145 degrees, I cannot accept that any injury will impact Rondo tonight.

MAth people, help me with that.  You know the angle I mean.
:]]

I think it's not as much the degrees, as it is from where you start. If you start from a stretched out elbow, 5 degrees will hurt.

I'd say from that position though, it was somewhere between 20 and 35 degrees, from memory. I don't care to actually go and measure it, because I'd be fine having to never, ever see that image again.
i think his ankle is not 100%...so that would explain the missed layups...you don't jump to where you think you would be.....
If anything, I'd reckon back issues. They're so hard to deal with, and he's on the ground with ice-packs (or are they heat-packs?) on his back all the time. Add to that the known wrist injury, and you know why he doesn't drive often and miss a lot of layups respectively.
that is right..tp there..!

They said HERE are the first half HIGHLIGHTS..then they said "okay, there are NO highlights...commercial please.."!!!
Hahahaha! The highlights could be KG missing an open layup.

I keep expecting Ray to rip off his jersey WWE style and reveal a Sixers jersey with the way he is playing.
