Interesting in theory but the logistics would be tough to sign and trade two different guys.  Bass likely opts out and Ray is free to leave.

I'm also uncertain what Ray's value would be at this point.

I'm sure I haven't watched nearly as many Rockets game as you have, but definitely a better passer and leader, IP (this is an honest question not a 'you kidding me' kind of statement)?

I don't think there is a huge difference in their passing ability, both are okay but not great passers.

Lowry boards and defends better, but on the offensive side of the ball they're very close.

From what I've seen it seems like Dragic handle/ability to create allowed for a lot of open looks for his teammates.  

They do it different ways from what I've seen, Lowry penetrates and dishes more for his assists.

Dragic also has a good midrange game, he can hit short pull up shots within the 3 point line and has the little floater in the lane. Lowry spends far more time either behind the line or at the rim, his mid-range game is putrid. (but he knows that at least and doesn't take a ton of them preferring either a normal jumpshot or a drive)

Strangely Dragic finished at an amazing clip for a guard, around 70% at the rim.

How about Gasol to Atlanta for Josh Smith, Marvin Williams, and Jeff Teague?

Would Atlanta do it? Would the Lakers? Does it make the teams better?

I think this trade would possibly work but without teague involved.

How about Igoudala and, Thad Young or sign and trade of Lou Williams, and a sign and trade of Spencer Hawes?

Philly might not do it if it has to move Young instead of Williams. Still they have a lot of depth but no go to star and the Lakers won't take Brand.

Thoughts? Would Philly do it? Would the Lakers.
