Orlando says no.

Amare's contract and injury history makes him un-tradable in most cases.
The fact they get rid or Hedo, I think makes up for Amare.  I don't see how they could refuse Wade and Amare for Howard and Redick.

Because they already got burned with a 20+ million dollar player in a trade for Arenas.

Not too mention that it is an extra 10 million (roughly) a year for a player that injury issue have been so bad that the contract is uninsured.

Arenas was done when they brought him in and that was as much about getting rid of Lewis as anything.  Amare is still performing at a fairly solid clip and he has been reasonably healthy.  His contract is big, no question, but he is a significantly better than Hedo and a gigantic upgrade over their current crop of PF's.

Amare had his worst season since he was a rookie.  He shot under 50% for the first time since he his second season.

He is going to be making 20+ million a season.

I think Miami says no.  Tough to give up a top 5 nba player arguably in his prime and get back an older and inferior talent back in Chandler.  I don't see how Lin fits with Lebron either.

yeah i think its a terrible deal for miami personally. if theyre trading wade theyre getting howard in return, i dont think they trade for many others.

My dream trade that would never happen in a million years, even though if you squint at it, it does kind of make sense:

Cousins, Tyreke Evans and Marcus Thorton for Wade and Norris Cole.  Could you imagine:

PG- Evans
SG- Thorton
SF- LBJ
PF- Bosh
C- Cousins
