There is a lot of young, underutilized talent coming onto the free agent market this off-season. We all know the big ticket guys, and the medium ticket guys, but these 10 guys have all produced at certain points in their careers, and are all 26 and under:

Spencer Hawes, C, 23
Kosta Koufos, C, 23
Jason Thompson, FC, 25
Marreese Speights, FC, 24
Anthony Randolph, PF, 22
Brandan Wright, PF, 24
Landry Fields, SG, 23
Brandon Rush, SG, 26
Nick Youn, SG, 26
Jerryd Bayless, G, 23

All of these guys would play well off of Rondo, and each of them bring at least one NBA skills to the table - shooting, rebounding, shot blocking, defense, etc...

None of them have ever played with a realy pointguard for a full season, and at their ages, still have plenty of room to improve.
"All I have to know is, he's my coach, and I follow his lead. He didn't have to say anything in here this week. We all knew what we had to do. He's a big part of our family, and we're like his extended family. And we did what good families do when one of their own is affected." - Teddy Bruschi

Brandon Bass and Jeff Green would be really nice. Maybe sign that KG guy to play center, he's looked really good this year. That rookie Stiemsma too.

co sign

going to be an odd off season but with all the hoopla about free agents, boston might be best to resign our own free agents

I think Thompson would be a great pick up. I would also add Michael Beasley to that list.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Forgot 2 big ones there so I added them in. They may be worth taking a run at. Of the 2, I'd go at Mayo. Less of an injury history and I like how he'd complement both Rondo and AB's game.
Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity...

Anyone who can play D and run the break, plus hit a set shot, as this is now Rondo's team.  and do not resign KG for over 15M

I like Landry Fields from that list. That's about it. Hawes could be injury prone.

Can't we just bring Gerald Green back?

I'd add Danny Green to the list.  24, effective backup at the 2/3, experience with a winning system, versatile, can hit the 3, and most importantly, should be cheap.  But then he's been a binky of mine since Carolina.

Mareese Speights has been a rebound machine in Memphis this year.  Jason Thompson would be nice as well.

Why is Landry Fields on this list? Because he is average and has the potential to be average?

The Celtics should probably run away from any player who can be described as similar to Nick Young.

isn't Ersan Ilyasova an unrestricted FA? He's certainly young. He's the guy I would go after. Big, excellent rebounding this year since Bogut went down, and he can stretch the floor with his 3 pt shooting.
