Which one? I assume you're referring to scoring. LeBron is averaging slightly less PPG, but he is shooting .534 from the field, compared to Durant's .505.

Given the minutes and pace difference (which aren't huge but are there) their scoring rates are almost identical. Efficiencies are also so close one good game or bad one would swap nearly swap them.

I guess I just don't get why getting to the Finals and losing in a close series is worse than getting beat in the WCF in a more decisive fashion.

Of course in this thread I see someone put Nene above Howard as far as Cs go. Which is outright mind boggling, Nene is an elite offensive Center. But offense is only half the game, defense and rebounding are just bigger factors when it comes to center play.

It's a pretty incredible number, but one that's been matched or bested by the likes of Michael Cage, George T Johnson, Jim Fox, Larry Smith and Swen Nater (3 times, in fact). I'm fairly certain that none of them were anywhere close to the top of the heap for Centers.

Bynum, when healthy, is the best center in the league. If Dwight was a 95 on defense, he'd be 90-94. There will always be health/attitude concerns, but Dwight has them also.

In some ways, Dwight is a liability on offense - He's one of the worst free throw shooters in the league. He has an arsenal of 3 moves; running hook, backdown dunk, fadaway 5 feet from the basket. That's why exceptional 1on1 post defenders make it really tough on him (KG, Perk, etc.)

Bynum shoots free throws incredibly well and is not a liability. 



I really do think the 76ers committed a more grand theft than the Lakers did.

If that was the case, why did the team that knows Bynum best trade away both Bynum and a draft pick?
