  • GOT IT!!!
Spurs are an impressive offensive team but the C's are better than that. C's giving up easy shots. Getting killed on the boards once again so it may not matter what defense they play.

we need Ray and KG to assert themselves more on offense in the 2nd half

Can you argue with the results...it cut 6 points off the lead.

Why are people complaining about/blaming Ray? He started, yeah, and hasn't played well, but Avery's played more minutes than him so far so what's the problem?

Its because we get off to very slow starts when Ray is starting because our lineup is too slow, old and weaker defensively.

Our biggest problem has been getting off to slow starts, with Bradley starting, it fixed that.

Now you see what happens when he isnt starting, we have to play catch up because our first half sucked.

There is no debate in Boston.  That's just made up for the internets

Bradley 13 points.

Allen 0 points and bad defense.

Doc Rivers.

Open your eyes please.

I actually saw Rondo getting beat so consistently in the pick and roll by Parker, that the bigs got such easy shots. 40 points in the paint for the Spurs? Wow.

I definitely feel it couldn't hurt Ray to score a point, but scapegoating him is kinda a joke at this point.

Gary neal pulled up and drilled a 3 right in his face on an offensive halfcourt possession...open your eyes

ray hasnt played well today, but he hasnt gotten to many looks, his rotations are his rotations, too much help, but what can you do?

You act like bradley was shutting down neal

Popovich is just laughing.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

You're just telling any lie you can to get your point across.

We started off old and slow because Ray started...yet we started off with the lead.  It was actually in the 5 minute mark when Bradley came in that everything started to go downhill.

I'm fine with Bradley starting but you don't need to try to blame Ray for things that have nothing to do with him just to make that point

I hate those small ball lineups with Bass at center alongside four smalls ... but that was a very difficult lineup for Doc to matchup against.

PG - Gary Neal, Tony Parker
SG - Manu Ginobili
SF - Danny Green
PF - Stephen Jackson
C  - Tim Duncan

Our defensive scheme leaves weakside 3pt shooters open, and the spurs are one of the few teams that can consistently exploit that. Doc needs to make a major defensive strategy adjustment.

Because it is always Doc's fault. The Spurs obviously have a deeper and more versatile lineup, but that can't be the problem. Doc has to snap his fingers and do something otherwise it is his fault. Every loss is his fault.

Bradley is a stud.

This guy is only 21 and improving FAST.

I cant believe he isnt starting. Ray Allen is doing virtually nothing for us.
It'll never happen.

The aggravating thing isn't that Doc starts Ray. It's that he won't learn from his mistake.

Doc strikes me as the kind of kid in elementary school or the Y that just always picks his favorite players and only passes to them.
