despite having 15points, Wade shot 6-17...thats 35%

if Bradley can limit wade like that in the playoffs, and KG can neutralize Bosh offensively...that could go a big way in a series against them.

offensively, we'll need Rondo to play like he did today...i'm starting to like our chances abit better.

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
Bradley is actually a legit talent and asset now...

I LOVE THESE CELTICS!

We had control for tip off to the very end! Great game!

Bosh hurt them is it true that he's been as bad as he was today lately? He was air balling shots left and right

If he stays in a slump and doesn't shoot a high percentage their not as strong

Just noticed that we out-rebounded the younger, supposedly better Heat, too - 49-47.

Seemed to be doing a better job of that lately.

Pierce has been the difference there..He's averaging 8 per game over the last 6 or 7...

I hope that continues.

The Heat got a lot more team rebounds than us too. They're from missed FT's and turnovers right? Great rebounding by us.

I caught a bit of the 3rd quarter replayed on NBATV and man this performance by us was amazing. Great player movement, nice spacing and pick setting, everybody locked in and collectively crashing the glass just awesome.

Bradley was all over the floor saw him on one play grab a steal then shortly after blew right by D Wade and finished like it was nothin  8)

I would just like to add that THAT WAS FANTASTIC!!!

that is all

Stay classy, San Diego. Hello, Baxter? Baxter, is that you? Bark twice if you're in Milwaukee. Is this Wilt Chamberlain? Have the decency to say something.

The thing is. It was really wade who hurt us in the playoffs last year..sure lebron had stepped up in some 4th quarters surprisingly. But wade was the one we had no answer for.

Now with bradley we have that player (like tony allen) who can come out and limit wade. Bosh gets shut down by garnett...so you are asking lebron to beat you. I'm starting to feel that just like dallas last year we might be able to beat these guys.

They have absolutely NO answer for rondo(other than breaking his arm)

The best game I've seen in person.  The Garden erupted in boos every single time LeBron touched the ball for all four quarters.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

LeBron James failed to get an assist for just the second time in his career.

pierce's defense?

Did Lebron even play today?  I can't remember seeing him do anything out there, although according to the box score he did register 23 points.

The box score also says he had a MINUS 30 +/-!!!   :o
We caught Miami on a really bad day.  I missed the game live.  My cousin texted me the final score.  I was initially shocked and asked, "Did Miami's Big 3 all play?" and his response was "LeBron and Wade did... I don't remember seeing Bosh".

Kinda funny considering Bosh actually did in fact play.  I went back and watched the whole game.  Miami wasn't Miami.  We have two more games against them coming up... we'll be able to see if this was a fluke or not fairly soon.

With that said, it's our first legitimate win against a contender all season.  Only took us 10 tries.  The folks who think we are a contender officially have 1 reason to latch onto.  I'm sitting up in my chair.  I might even remember to watch a game live.   Nice to have a miniscule droplet of hope again.  Up until yesterday this felt like an entirely wasted season.
