Just heard about this ... three at twelve mil. for Lloyd?!?
What a sweet deal!
Wow Patriots scored on that one.
I know. Sometimes I wonder how they do it.
Lloyd wanted to play here all along. He had great success with McDaniels. He's now one of my favorite players, he stuck to his word and took a paycut just to play for the Pats.

Great deal. Buh-bye Ochocinco.
I fully expect Branch to be back, though. The type of chemistry he has with Brady is not easy to replicate (see Ochocinco, Taylor Price, etc).
Hopefully not, there are many people split on this. Some want "Ochostinko" out of here, others like me, want to give him a chance.
Personally I feel he has much more upside than Branch. Deion is great and all, and we all know of his chemistry with Brady, but at this point of his career he just can't win one-on-ones and create separation, he isn't a threat outside the numbers.
I feel like Josh can bring Ocho back, heck look at Lloyd's stats before Denver...
And another factor is that, if we cut 85, some of his contract still counts against the cap, Branch's doesn't because is a FA. I would only take Deion if he would accept the minimum contract.
WR
1. Welker
2. Lloyd
3. Ocho
4. Gonzalez
5. Edelman
6. Slater
But I think Gronk and Aaron would still be targets number 2 and 3. Look for Aaron to play more in the slot, the Patriots might bring one more TE. Also, Gonzalez has had many injuries, I don't know if he makes it trough camp, but if he does he's the main backup to Wes.
Add dynamic young backs Ridley/Vereen combo and you're set for the most explosive offense the league has ever seen.
