Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I know people might kill me for saying this, but I think JJJ could actually help us.  His length and athleticism would definitely help us on the boards.  It's a shame that he can't get off the bench.

Brandon Bass is a good shooter, but his lack of size kills this team on defense and the boards.

I 100% agree. Tp!!! Having said that, Doc is a dope and will go small with Dooling before he puts in a young rookie.

I think Doc just asked for you to be banned from the forums for saying that

This is why Bass shouldn't be a starter in this league. Needs to be restricted to backup PF duties.

this doesn't look good. We are running hard and are down 5. No way we keep this pace, and we aren't even ahead

Brandon Bass is a good shooter, but his lack of size kills this team on defense and the boards.

Other players his height are better defenders and rebounders, so I wouldn't blame it all on his being of inadequate size.

JJJ has looked good on the offensive glass but very weak on the defensive glass (which is common for most young big men -- athleticism more of a factor on the offensive glass, fundamentals more important on defensive glass and JJJ's have looked well dodgy in his limited playing time).

I'm handing out another TP. Lots of wisdom on here tonight.
