I don't think so. I think his agent was trying to push him into leaving, and Dwight himself didn't really want to. I say good for him, he made a wise choice and has a great situation in orlando.

I think there is a pretty good chance that he was guilted into this (rather than shamed). I've read places his mom wanted him to stay, I know Otis Smith's job hangs on his staying. He was drafted as a pup outta hike school and he seems to like the area and the organization, just not the current roster.

I think it would probably be best to punt our cap space for another season.  Not saying we should "bring back the band" one more time, but it would be wise to avoid too many long term commitments.

This year upcoming FA crop isn't very impressive.
