I don't know if he and Pietrus are good friends, but I hope Danny is going that route in recruiting him on an eventual buyout.
Diaw is a very talented player, but is not a Center. He would be great off our bench because he is a very good playmaker from everywhere on the court. He can score and pass, and he's no Rodman, but he plays tough when motivated.
If he's bought out, get him. If it's a trade, I'd rather try to get McGee/Blatche or Beasley/Randolph, who can run with Rondo and could bring a future starter even at the cost of a first rounder.
