slamtheking, I read your post - I don't think they'd be able to get KG and Ray back that cheap (2.5-3 mil), especially KG. Only way I see it is if we somehow get Dwight, and those guys want to stick around cheap in the hopes of getting the 2nd ring. Garnett is still an 7-9 million per player.

As someone mentioned earlier, if Kwame Brown is 7 Mil a year, KG is worth twice that to a good team.

I don't disagree that KG and Ray are worth more than I proposed.  the idea is that if we can get them back for one last run with their understanding that they would have to play for low pay, this could work.  It's a definite leap of faith but the only scenario where I'd bring them back.  I don't want to pay them each 7 mill and leave us with no cap room to bring in decent talent next year.
