People are such suckers for a story.

Just because his dad is our coach, doesn't mean we have a better shot at landing him than anybody else.. And it also doesn't mean Danny is more interested in getting him.

Sorry, this is a business. Danny isn't looking to get Austin Rivers.

Totally agree.  Austin Rivers is a 6'3" SG who cannot guard bigger guards...LOL that spells DISASTER.

Does the Celtics really want to draft JJ Reddick Part Deux?

The Celts will not waste a pick on this kid, they will lock up someone who has the potential to be a big time NBA player.  I mean Jeremy Lin is a far better bball player than Austin Rivers and he did it at Harvard.

STOP WITH THE AUSTIN RIVERS INSANITY!!!

yea how could Austin possibly guard a 6'4 Wade or Ellis?  Eric Gordon  is around 6'4. Kevin Martin 6'5. Where are all these big Sg's you are talking about? They don't exist ....

And yea Rivers has potential to be a much more explosive scorer than Lin. No he is not a PG,but who cares we have Rondo....

If you think Rivers is anything like JJ Reddick , you clearly haven't watched him play at all .

I actually think JJ Reddick is good. Better then I'd ever think as an NBA player.
