According to weei.com Sean Grande via twitter. He'll be the sub for Joe Johnson who is out due to a knee injury.

Hat tip to Bill Sy for directing me to that bit of news.

Rondo an Allstar?

Meh, Rondo doesn't need to actually be on the all-star team to be an all-star, if you know what I mean.

I was actually hoping Pierce would come up with a fake "injury", and skip out on the weekend.  Allow the team 5 full days of rest and practice. Having the entire team together to practice for consectutive days would be really helpful right now.

IDK what it is about my feelings toward Rondo latley but I'm not that excited about it.. I really didn't like what he did the other night to kinda put himself in front of the team like he did. IDK maybe I will come back around because Rondo is sick but man that really rubbed me the wrong way...

This is nice. He deserved to be. Although, i believe they should've given it to Josh Smith. I mean, it's a close vote, but I'd normally should choose a teammate. BUt love that ROndo is in there.
