Forget who should start, for a moment.  Assuming everyone is healthy, who do you want to see in the fourth quarter crunch time line-up alongside Rondo, Allen, Pierce, and Garnett?  I will accept a situational answer that says different players against different teams.  I will also accept Pietrus as a smallball option.  He did, after all, play the nominal center role in weirdo Nellyball lineups at Golden State.  I wonder if anyone has the chutzpah to propose that Garnett, Allen, or Pierce sits down at the end of games.

Depends on matchup -- Bass (offense) or Jermaine (post defense)

I want Chris Wilcox starting but not necessarily finishing.

I think its a situational tie between O'Neal and Bass. It just depends if the match ups allow us to play KG at center or not.

Wilcox has a chance to get into the conversation but he needs to have more consistent games where he uses his athleticism to our advantage. But in crunch time I have my doubts he can get the transition buckets that really make him a plus for playing with our starters.

It honestly depends on the situation.  Generally speaking, I want Wilcox.  If we are playing with a 10 point lead - I want JO

I like Pietrus or Bass in small ball situations. I like JO otherwise. He's better at getting defensive positioning and more polished in halfcourt sets. I'd only like Wilcox if he was hot and we were playing up tempo late.

BASS for hitting jumper and getting to a lose ball fast and banging the board for a put back .

Depending the matchup, I'd generally go Bass. He's the superior player in the half court offensively. However, an argument could be made for Jermaine's defense or Wilcox's rebounding as possessions become more important.

Generally speaking, I prefer JO for his general intelligence (knowing when to foul/not foul), defense, and FT shooting, but if we're down and need points quick, I go with Wilcox for running plus tip-ins and garbage points/offensive boards over Bass' jumper.

None of them defensively really I think are all that great.   I would most likely take Bass for his shot.  Wilcox is the better runner.  JO, sadly I think he is shot at this point.

I've grown kind of partial to Chris Wilcox lately myself.

It doesn't matter because Doc is going to go Big Four + undersized sixth man PF at the end of the game. :P

I wish Doc was more like Pop in this aspect. Whatever works, go for it. Every player is equal under Pop. I think he even left the bench in in the 4th quarter against the Mavs once. Our bench would certainly allow Doc to do that.
